Cholechek MB Tablet should be taken with food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course even when you feel better. Lifestyle changes like low-fat diet, exercise, and not smoking may help this medicine to work better.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cholechek MB Tablet is to be taken with food.

Cholechek MB Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Atorvastatin, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required to make cholesterol. It thus lowers 'bad' cholesterol (LDL) triglycerides and raises 'good' cholesterol (HDL). Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid provide essential nutrients.

Cholechek MB Tablet treats high cholesterol and should be taken in addition to regular exercise and low-fat diet. It decreases the risk of heart diseases and helps prevent stroke and heart attack. In general, Cholechek MB Tablet is safe. It may cause diarrhea, gas or an upset stomach. If any of these happen to you, take it with food. Cholechek MB Tablet is safe. Inform your doctor if you experience fatigue, muscle weakness or muscle pain. Your doctor may check your liver function before starting treatment and regularly thereafter. Inform your doctor if you notice yellowing of eyes or skin or dark urine. Do not take Cholechek MB Tablet if you are pregnant or planning to conceive.
