Cheston LS Junior Syrup Mango Sugar Free is a combination of three medicines: Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to relieve cough with mucus. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus and helps in its removal from the airways.
