It contains two antibiotics, cefixime and ofloxacin, which work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering and directly interacting with the genetic material of bacteria. The dose and duration depend upon the type and severity of the infection, child's age, and body weight. It is essential to stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of intake, repeat the same dose but do not double dose if it's time for the next dose.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Dissolve the powder in sterile water. Shake well and use. Cefirose O Dry Syrup is to be taken with food.
