Caylor-P Syrup may make your child feel sleepy. Ensure your child takes extra care when taking part in physical activities. Never combine Caylor-P Syrup with other cold and flu medicines as that may lead to side effects. Stop Caylor-P Syrup and immediately report to the doctor if your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties. Practice self-care tips: clean and disinfect surfaces after sneezing and coughing, give your child plenty of fluids, restrain your child from having caffeinated products and foods that are spicy and fried, make your child gargle with warm saltwater, and ensure your child takes enough rest.
Giving your child more than the prescribed dose of Caylor-P syrup can lead to serious side effects, such as seizures, rapid heart rate, depression, cognitive defects, and difficulty concentrating. Always use the calibrated cup provided with the medicine to measure the correct dosage. Do not use a kitchen teaspoon as it won't give you an accurate estimate.
Caylor-P syrup may interact with other medications or substances. Before starting Caylor-P syrup, discuss all other medications your child is taking with their doctor. It's crucial to consult your child's doctor before administering any medication.
Children with cardiovascular diseases (such as hypertension, heart disease), diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal obstructions, elevated intraocular pressure, urinary obstruction, or thyroid dysfunction should not receive Caylor-P syrup. Always disclose your child's medical history to their doctor before administering this medication.
Do not administer more than one cough or cold medicine at a time unless advised by the healthcare professional. Combining these medications could lead to an overdose and result in serious complications. Consult your child's doctor before administering any medication.
Never administer adult-grade medications to children. Children require specific formulations of medicines designed for their age and size. Ensure you check the label of the chosen medicine before administering it to your child, and use the correct dose as prescribed. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek professional medical help.
Caylor-P syrup may cause mild drowsiness in children, which could lead to them feeling drowsy. Do not use this medicine for sleep induction as it can mask underlying sleep disorders like insomnia. Consult with your child's doctor before administering this medication.
Caylor-P syrup should be stored at room temperature in a dry, cool location away from direct sunlight or heat. Ensure all medications are kept out of reach and sight of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
