Caxfila 160mg Tablet is a progestin (female hormone) used to treat breast and endometrial cancer that are hormone-dependent. It may also be used for treating low appetite and weight loss in patients with advanced cancer or HIV. It works by affecting female hormones involved in cancer growth and causes weight gain by increasing appetite.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Caxfila 160mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It may also be used for treating appetite and weight loss in people with advanced cancer or AIDS. You may have to take it for at least 2 months before you notice any changes in your appetite. Your doctor might do regular blood tests to check your hormones and blood sugar levels while you are taking this medicine. Do not take Caxfila 160mg Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
