Catlon Eye Drop is a medication used to postpone cataract surgery in patients with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, severe bleeding disorders, and severe respiratory disorders. It can also be used to prevent lenticular opacity pre-operatively in patients with cataract. The medication contains potassium iodide, sodium chloride, and calcium chloride as its key ingredients.
Instill 1 or 2 drops of Catlon Eye Drop in the affected eye(s) every 3 or 4 hours, or as directed by a physician.
