It is used to treat deficiency of vitamin B12 in the body. Vitamin B12 is important for growth, cell reproduction, blood formation, and protein and tissue synthesis. It also helps to treat anemia, fatigue, and numbness or tingling in the hands and feet.

How should Cantonerv 2500mcg Injection be administered?
Cantonerv 2500mcg Injection can be injected directly into a vein (intravenously) or intramuscularly. The usual dose is one ampoule (0.5 mg of Cantonerv 2500mcg Injection), and it's given three times weekly. After two months, one ampoule (0.5 mg of Cantonerv 2500mcg Injection) is administered every one to three months as part of maintenance therapy.
What precautions need to be taken when administering Cantonerv 2500mcg Injection?
Avoid injecting the medication at the same site each time. If intense pain occurs during injection or if blood flows back into the syringe, remove the needle and re-inject at a different site.
