Inform your doctor about all other medications you are taking, as some may interact with this medicine. Common side effects include palpitations, excessive thirst, dryness in the mouth, reduced bronchial secretions, flushing, difficulty in urination, and constipation. These side effects are usually temporary and resolve over time. Consult your doctor if you have concerns about any side effects.
