Lidocaine/Lignocaine acts as a local anesthetic, blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain, thereby reducing pain sensation. Calcium Dobesilate is a vasoprotective agent that strengthens blood vessel walls, reduces leakage, and improves blood flow, thus alleviating inflammation and promoting healing. Hydrocortisone, a steroid, helps reduce redness, itching, and swelling. Zinc provides astringent and antiseptic properties.
