Cadfol-S Injection is given by slow infusion (drip) into a vein by your doctor or nurse. Your doctor will decide the dose you need and how many injections you should have to improve your anemia. It will also help to eat a well-balanced diet that has enough iron. Good sources of iron include pulses (dal), green leafy vegetables like spinach, beans, eggs, dry fruits, and non-vegetarian foods. The most common side effects include altered taste, hypertension (high blood pressure), nausea, and injection site reactions (such as pain, redness, and swelling).
