Astemizole Azelastine Buclizine Cetirizine
Bvert 24mg Tablet is a histamine analog. It works by improving the blood flow in the inner ear which reduces the pressure of excess fluid there. Excess fluid can send signals to the brain causing nausea, dizziness or spinning sensations (symptoms of Ménière's disease). Bvert 24mg Tablet additionally dampens down the nerve signals sent from the inner ear to the brain relieving the symptoms of Ménière's disease.

Symptoms include vertigo (feeling dizzy or like the room is spinning), fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and pressure changes in the affected ear. Dizziness can also lead to nausea and vomiting. While Meniere's disease can be chronic, treatment helps manage symptoms and improve quality of life. It's important to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and personalized treatment options.
Bvert 24mg Tablet is effective when used as directed by your doctor, taking the prescribed dose and duration. It's crucial to follow instructions and avoid stopping treatment early. If symptoms return or worsen after stopping medication early, consult your healthcare provider for guidance.
Triggers for Meniere's disease can include: stress, overwork, fatigue, emotional distress, and various illnesses. Certain foods like dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, and high-sodium meals can also trigger symptoms. Maintaining a low-salt diet (2 grams per day) may help control vertigo in those with Meniere’s.
If you miss a dose of Bvert 24mg Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if the next dose is approaching, skip the missed one and take the scheduled dose at your usual time. Do not double the dose to compensate for missing a single pill; this could lead to adverse effects.
Psychological stress can contribute to or worsen vertigo symptoms. While stress alone doesn't cause vertigo, it can exacerbate existing symptoms.
Vertigo can arise due to sudden drops in blood pressure or dehydration. Some people experience lightheadedness when transitioning from sitting or lying positions. Certain medications and inner ear issues (Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma) can also trigger vertigo. Remember that vertigo is sometimes a symptom of other underlying conditions such as multiple sclerosis or after head trauma.
