Buscodac P 10mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine butylbromide and Paracetamol which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.

Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor.
