Cream
Burnosept Plus Cream is for external use only. You should always use it exactly as your doctor has told you. The affected area should be clean and dry before application. You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. This medicine should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it. You should not get it in the eyes, mouth, or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas. It is safe to use medicine with no common side effects. However, if you experience any unusual side effects contact your doctor. It is not likely that other medicines you take by mouth or injection will affect the way it works but talk to your doctor before using it if you have used a similar medicine before and had an allergic reaction. Do not touch or scratch the affected area as this may delay the healing process.

It works by releasing silver ions into the skin which kills or prevents the growth of infectious microorganisms. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic. It works by killing harmful microorganisms and cleans the affected area. Allantoin is a skin protectant that works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations. Aloe Vera is a plant. Its extracts form a protective layer on the skin by restoring moisture so that it feels hydrated and refreshed.
Burnosept Plus Cream should be used as per dose and duration suggested by the doctor. Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth, or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas. You may experience application site reactions (burning, irritation, itching and redness). Inform your doctor if it bothers you. Do not cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor as this may increase the risk of side effects. Consult your doctor if your skin condition has not improved after 2-4 weeks of treatment.
