Herbal Assam Masala Chai is a specially crafted blend of Assam CTC, Assam Leaf tea, and 20 herbs and spices that not only adds a unique taste to traditional milk tea but also helps alleviate issues of gas and acidity. The formulation uses high-quality spices like Black Pepper, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Clove in a balanced ratio to give a distinct flavor. The addition of herbs like Fenugreek, Cumin, Ajwain, and Bay Leaf helps reduce gas and acidity, while herbs like Ashwagandha enhance power, Brahmi enriches brain memory, and other herbs provide additional benefits.

How to Use:
To prepare, bring water to boil and let it cool down to 90°C. Add 2 grams (1 tsp) of tea leaves per cup (200 ml water) and cover with a lid. Allow the leaves to brew for 3-4 minutes or according to taste. Reuse tea leaves one to two more times, allowing an additional 30 seconds brewing time for each reuse.
