Ambroxol is a mucolytic, it thins and loosens the phlegm to make coughing easier. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that works by relaxing airway muscles and widening the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of the phlegm and helps remove it from the airways.
