Bromalt syrup is a medication used to treat iron deficiency anemia, menorrhagia, and folate deficiency anemia.
Syrup
Bromalt syrup contains Iron(III)-hydroxide Polymaltose and Folic acid as its key ingredients. Iron(III)-hydroxide Polymaltose Complex (IPC) is an iron preparation that prevents the formation of free radicals and has rapid absorption, high rate of iron utilization, effective haemoglobin production, and excellent gastro-intestinal tolerance. Folic Acid is a form of the water-soluble vitamin B9 that is vital for production of healthy red blood cells. Bromalt syrup is used under medical supervision to treat iron deficiency anemia, menorrhagia, and folate deficiency anemia.
Bromalt syrup can be taken orally with water, after meals.
