Bro-Zedex LS Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to relieve cough with mucus. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus and helps in its removal from the airways.
