It works by reducing the activity of the brain's cough center and blocking the effects of histamine. This syrup provides temporary relief from throat irritation, sneezing, and running nose. While it is effective in managing symptoms, it may cause dizziness and drowsiness. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or are accompanied by fever, rash, or headache.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Bricarex-DX Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
