Brexlene 10mg Tablet is taken after meals in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Taking with food helps to increase the absorption of the medication as well as decrease nausea. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Brexlene 10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

Brexlene 10mg Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Brexlene 10mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Brexlene 10mg Tablet is an organic compound. It is used along with ultraviolet-A irradiation. It works by decreasing the number of cells the skin makes.
Take a plain shower before your treatment to keep your skin clean and pat dry. Do not use perfumes, aftershave, deodorants or other cosmetics and toiletries while using Brexlene 10mg Tablet as they make your skin even more sensitive causing blistering of your skin. Use extra caution for at least 48 hours following each treatment. Never take Brexlene 10mg Tablet more than the prescribed dose as it may cause burning or blistering of your skin after exposure to UV light.
Brexlene 10mg Tablet is a prescription medication used in conjunction with ultraviolet (UV) light therapy to treat the following skin conditions: * Vitiligo: A condition causing loss of skin color. * Psoriasis: A skin condition characterized by red, scaly patches. It may also be prescribed for photopheresis and treatment of white blood cells (leukapheresis). Brexlene 10mg Tablet is used to treat specific skin problems associated with mycosis fungoides, which is a type of lymphoma.
Brexlene 10mg Tablet works by altering the way that skin cells receive UVA radiation. This helps to improve the effectiveness of UV light therapy in treating the mentioned conditions.
