Bralspas Kid 5mg/125mg Oral Suspension is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and paracetamol. It is commonly given to treat abdominal pain in children. Do not give Bralspas Kid 5mg/125mg Oral Suspension to infants who are less than 6 months of age. Do not give it with antacids as they can decrease its absorption. Taking frequent sips of water may help if dry mouth occurs with the use of Bralspas Kid 5mg/125mg Oral Suspension.

Avoid giving Bralspas Kid 5mg/125mg Oral Suspension in conditions such as gastrointestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), cardiovascular disease, liver impairment, renal dysfunction, hyperthyroidism, urinary obstruction, glaucoma, neuromuscular disorders, Down syndrome, or hypersensitivity to Bralspas Kid 5mg/125mg Oral Suspension.
Contact your child's doctor without delay if they experience serious side effects like impaired consciousness, blurred vision, diarrhea that is severe or accompanied by blood, hyperthermia (very high body temperature), or psychosis.
