The coconut oil, on the other hand, contains lauric acid, which has antibacterial properties that can kill harmful bacteria that can cause bad breath, tooth decay, and gum disease.

To use, slightly moisten the tooth and gum with the tongue, apply the strip to the upper teeth, fold excess strip behind the teeth, leave for about 10 minutes, rinse the mouth and brush with toothpaste thoroughly, if required. Repeat the process for the lower teeth. Use up to two strips per day.
