Take it after food or as suggested by the doctor Avoid taking hot tea Avoid coffee Avoid spicy food Avoid chocolate Have cold milk and cold coffee Avoid alcohol and smoking Avoid eating late at night or before bedtime Do not take Bloat Oral Gel at least 2 hours before or after taking other medicines It may cause constipation. Drink plenty of water and eat more high-fiber foods Inform your doctor if it becomes severe or does not go away It may take 4-6 weeks or more for the ulcers to heal completely. Do not stop taking the medicine without talking to your doctor first
