Bladospas-O Tablet is a prescription medicine that is advised to be taken as suggested by the doctor. It can be taken with or without food but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose as an overdose of it may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better to ensure a complete recovery.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bladospas-O Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Bladospas-O Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Flavoxate which treats urinary tract infections. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Flavoxate is an anti-spasmodic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder and prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination and relieves associated pain.
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Urinate before and after sexual activity Drink plenty of water to help clear the bacteria from your body and always try to fully empty your bladder when you urinate. Maintain good personal hygiene habits Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
The use of Bladospas-O Tablet can cause nausea and vomiting. To minimize these symptoms, take the tablet with milk, food, or an antacid. Avoid consuming fatty or fried foods along with this medication. If you experience persistent vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small, frequent sips. If your symptoms persist, contact your doctor if you notice signs of dehydration, such as dark-colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Do not take any additional medicine without consulting a doctor.
Keep the medicine in its original packet or container, tightly sealed, according to the storage instructions provided on the pack or label. Dispose of unused medication properly, ensuring it is not accessible to pets, children, or other individuals.
Continue taking Bladospas-O Tablet as directed and complete the full course of treatment, even if your symptoms improve. Stopping the medication prematurely may not fully cure the infection.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, avoid taking an extra dose to make up for the missed one, and wait until your next scheduled dose.
