For growing children, pregnant women, and other adults: 10g (1 tablespoon) of Bio-India's Malt daily before meals. For under-weight children: 5-10g of Bio-India's Malt (1-2 teaspoon) 2 to 3 times daily with or without cold milk or as directed by the physician.
