Bio-D3 Strong Soft Gelatin Capsule may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Bio-D3 Strong Soft Gelatin Capsule is a combination of seven medicines: Calcitriol, Calcium Carbonate, Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin K2-7, Methylcobalamin, and L-Methyl Folate. Calcitriol is the active form of Vitamin D, which raises Vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from your intestine.

Bio-D3 Strong Soft Gelatin Capsule is used in the treatment of calcium deficiency. Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or if you have ever had kidney stones. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like for bone disorders, antihypertensives, antibiotics, antacids, other calcium supplements, or medicines for heart disease. Inform your doctor if you are taking an iron supplement as the absorption rate might be affected. Include calcium-rich food in your diet like milk, cheese, yogurt, calcium-fortified soya milk, and green leafy vegetables like spinach.
