Bigvin Injection is a form of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that is necessary for the body to make red blood cells and maintain a healthy nervous system. It also helps release energy from food and utilize vitamin B11 (folate).
You can obtain vitamin B12 from sources such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. However, people who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet may not get enough vitamin B12 as it is not naturally found in fruits, vegetables, and grains. Therefore, vitamin B12 deficiency is commonly observed in vegetarians and vegans.
A lack of vitamin B12 can cause tiredness and weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, and megaloblastic anemia (a condition where red blood cells are larger than normal). It may also lead to nerve problems such as numbness and tingling in the hands and feet. Other symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency include balance issues, depression, confusion, dementia, poor memory, and soreness of the mouth or tongue.
Bigvin Injection is generally well tolerated and considered safe. However, some individuals may experience rare side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, anorexia, and rash. If a rash develops, stop taking the medicine immediately.
Bigvin Injection can be injected directly into a vein (intravenously) or into a muscle (intramuscularly). The standard dose is 1 ampoule (0.5 mg of Bigvin Injection), which is given three times per week. After two months, 1 ampoule (0.5 mg of Bigvin Injection) is administered every one to three months as part of maintenance therapy.
Don't inject the medication at the same site each time. If you experience intense pain during injection or if blood flows back into the syringe, withdraw the needle and re-insert it at a different location.
