Biglac-R Sachet is a medicine that contains three active ingredients: Racecadotril, Saccharomyces boulardii, and Lactobacillus. It is used to treat acute diarrhea in infants and children. The medicine reduces the amount of water and salts lost in the stools, helping to replenish fluids lost from the body. It is usually given when fluids and dietary measures fail to prove effective against diarrhea symptoms.

Biglac-R Sachet should be used together with an oral rehydration solution (ORS) to provide adequate fluid and electrolyte replacement. Give your child plenty of fluids to replenish water and mineral loss.
