Bifilac Clausi Oral Suspension should be taken in a dose and duration as advised by your doctor. You may take this medicine along with oral rehydration solution (ORS) as it will also help to provide adequate fluid and electrolyte replacement. In case you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it and try to finish the full course of treatment. Remember to consult your doctor while taking any other medicine, especially steroids or antibiotics, along with this medicine. It is an effective medicine with very little or no side effects, however, it may cause bloating and flatulence.
