Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat abdominal pain and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut.

Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet.
Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine butylbromide and Paracetamol. Hyoscine butylbromide is an anti-cholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain.
Drink 6 to 8 full glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while you are taking this medicine. Do not use a stool softener (laxative) without first asking your doctor. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Do not take Belic 10 mg/325 mg Tablet at least 2 hours before or after taking other medicines as it may interact with other medicines.
