Introduction

The BD Insulin Syringes are designed to provide accurate and safe insulin administration. Each syringe is non-allergic, non-toxic, and free from harmful pyrogens. The latex-free rubber stopper has a flat plunger tip that ensures correct insulin dosing. The syringes are available in a pack of 10 and are designed for use with insulin concentrations of 40U/ml (U-40).

To use the syringe, twist the white cap to break the seal, then pull off. To expose the needle, twist the red cap to break the seal, then pull straight off, being careful not to bend the needle. To measure the correct dose, align the top edge of the ThinLine plunger tip with your dosage mark on the syringe scale. Use only once and destroy the syringe needle and put it in a container for safe disposal.
