Calcium citrate increases calcium depositing in the bones that increase the density of the bones to make them stronger. Vitamin K2-7 is a vitamin that improves bone and heart health. Methylcobalamin is an active form of Vitamin B 12. This helps in proper cell growth and development, helps in protein synthesis, and production of blood cells (red and white blood cells). Zinc Oxide is a mineral supplement that works to boost up the immune system and also promotes growth. Magnesium Oxide is a mineral supplement that promotes heart and bone health. L-Methyl Folate is a nutritional supplement that increases the production of blood (red blood cells) in the body.
