Basic Ayurveda Dashamoolarishta is a liquid Ayurvedic medicine that combines Dashmool with other herbs. It is used to treat anaemia, after delivery care of a mother, cold, cough, digestive disorders, etc. Dashmool is a ten roots compound to treat Vata dosha. The warming quality also pacifies Kapha. It nourishes and tones the muscles, strengthens the body and calms the nervous system.

Take 3 to 6 teaspoonfuls (15 to 30 ml) with an equal amount of water after each meal or as directed by a physician
