Bandhan 0.03mg/0.15mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is important to take it at the same time each day for maximum benefit. It is prescribed for preventing pregnancy and treating irregular periods. Common side effects include nausea, headache, and breast pain. If you experience serious symptoms like swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, or changes in vision, consult your doctor immediately as these could be signs of a blood clot. Inform your doctor if you smoke, are over 35, or have a history of heart attack or cancer of the uterus/cervix/vagina. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Take your pill at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. You may experience menstrual irregularities such as spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or missed periods. Consult your doctor if this persists. Do not use Bandhan 0.03mg/0.15mg Tablet if you are obese, over 35, smoke, on prolonged bed rest, or have a history of blood clots. Stop taking this medicine and inform your doctor immediately if you notice unexplained swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, or changes in vision. These could be symptoms of a blood clot in a vein.
