Introduction

Baidyanath Ashwagandharishta is a health tonic that helps restore strength after a long-standing disease and improves overall health. Ashwagandha, the main ingredient, has the ability to improve adrenal gland functions and reduce physical, mental, and emotional stress. It is also used to treat anxiety, depression, and other related symptoms.

Take 15 to 30 ml, twice a day, after meals with an equal quantity of water or as directed by the physician.

Ashwagandharishta works on VATA type anxiety with symptoms such as feeling uneasiness, trouble sleeping, cold hands or feet, restlessness, and tingling sensation in hands or feet. It also has antidepressant properties, which helps to relax the mind and increase the serotonin level in the brain.
