Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between white, rolled and steel-cut oats?
White Oats are similar to rolled oats, which are made by steaming and flattening oat groats. In contrast, Barry Steel Cut Oats are less processed and are made by cutting the oat groats into smaller pieces using steel blades. Steel-cut oats are more time-consuming to cook and have a chewier texture than rolled oats.
