Bagnor Tablet is a combination medicine primarily used to treat neuropathic pain, which is pain caused by nerve damage. It works by stopping the movement of pain signals to the brain. The medicine combines Gabapentin and Nortriptyline, where Gabapentin modulates calcium channel activity in nerve cells and Nortriptyline increases levels of serotonin and noradrenaline to block pain signals. While effective, it may have side effects and should be used under medical supervision, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Bagnor Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
