Azusa T 8/40 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) by widening and relaxing blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, and reducing the workload of the heart.

Azusa T 8/40 Tablet is a combination of Telmisartan and Azelnidipine. It may be taken with or without food and should be taken regularly at a fixed time each day. In case of missed doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not stop taking suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Azusa T 8/40 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Azusa T 8/40 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan and Azelnidipine. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a chemical that usually makes blood vessels tighter. Azelnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that regulates blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and reducing pressure on them.
Azusa T 8/40 Tablet is prescribed to reduce high blood pressure and the risk of future heart attack and stroke. It can make you feel dizzy for the first few days. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down for a long time. Monitor your blood pressure regularly after starting treatment with Azusa T 8/40 Tablet and notify your doctor if it does not lower down.
