Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a chemical that usually makes blood vessels tighter. Azelnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that regulates blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and reducing pressure on them, making it easier for the heart to pump more blood throughout the body.

Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down for a long time. Monitor your blood pressure regularly after starting treatment with Azilta T 80 Tablet and notify your doctor if it does not lower down.
