Avospas 20mg/100mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and nimesulide. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut, relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation.
