Introduction

Avical Softgel Capsule is a combination of four medicines: Calcitriol, Calcium Citrate Malate, Vitamin K2-7, and Zinc Oxide. It is normally prescribed when your diet alone cannot provide the necessary supplements your body needs. It may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Take it regularly at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor as that may cause harmful effects. Calcium citrate malate is a water-soluble calcium supplement. It increases the plasma calcium levels. Vitamin K2-7 plays a central role in the metabolism of calcium, the main mineral found in your bones and teeth. Vitamin K2-7 activates the calcium-binding actions of two proteins: matrix GLA protein and osteocalcin, which help to build and maintain bone health. Zinc oxide is a necessary trace element in the diet, forming an essential part of many enzymes and playing an important role in protein synthesis and in cell division.
