Introduction

Atorlip-F Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Atorlip-F Tablet is to be taken with food.

Alcohol Warning

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Atorlip-F Tablet.

Breastfeeding Warning

Atorlip-F Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Pregnancy Warning

Atorlip-F Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.

Atorlip-F Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines.

Notify your doctor if you experience muscle symptoms (pain or weakness) particularly if accompanied with fever. Notify your doctor if you experience stomach pain, loss of hunger, a sick feeling or dark urine. Do not discontinue Atorlip-F Tablet without consulting your doctor even if you feel better. Avoid alcohol consumption (includes wine, beer, and liquor).
