Ath Ayurveda 2 Months Course Su-kesham Hair Care Kit is an ayurvedic hair care kit enriched with botanical extracts that prevent hair fall and stimulate growth. It is a natural formulation and offers a two months course for regenerating hair growth. This hair care kit contains su-kesham hair oil, lepam, tablet, capsule, and dry shampoo that keeps all hair problems under check.

For Lepa: Soak one serving spoon (about 75 gms) or sufficient quantity of powder in 250 ml (1 cup) of water for about one hour. Apply the paste over the scalp and leave for 1 to 2 hours. Wash with Sukesham shampoo. For Shampoo: Soak 2 teaspoons (about 10gms) or a sufficient quantity of powder in 250 ml (i.e., 1 cup) of water for about two hours. Filter and use as shampoo. For Capsule: Take 2 capsules thrice a day with lukewarm water.
