Astranal 5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at the same time each day to get the most benefit. It should be taken as per your doctor's advice. Common side effects include edema, bloating, headache, depression, fatigue, altered libido, irregular menstrual cycle, gastrointestinal disturbances, and excessive hair growth.
