Aspin 300mg Tablet DT is an antiplatelet medicine used to treat and prevent heart attacks, strokes, and heart-related chest pain (angina).

Aspin 300mg Tablet DT is usually best taken with food otherwise it may upset your stomach. The dose that is right for you depends on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as recommended by your doctor. The most common side effects of this medicine are heartburn or upset stomach, nausea, and vomiting. These are not usually serious but if you are worried, ask your doctor about ways of reducing or preventing them. This medicine may sometimes cause you to bleed more easily (for example you may get nosebleeds or bruises).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Aspin 300mg Tablet DT is to be taken with food.
Aspin 300mg Tablet DT is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-platelet action. It works by preventing platelets from sticking together which decreases the formation of harmful blood clots. This lowers the chance of heart attack or stroke.
Aspin 300mg Tablet DT helps prevent future heart attack and clot-related (ischemic) stroke. It is generally well-tolerated with minimum side effects. It may make you bleed more easily. Be careful while shaving, using sharp objects, or cutting fingernails or toenails. It is usually not recommended in later stages of pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
You should take Aspin 300mg Tablet DT for the prescribed duration by your doctor, which may be lifelong unless otherwise advised.
Aspin 300mg Tablet DT reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke. You may not notice an immediate difference after taking it, but continued use as directed by your doctor will provide the intended benefits.
It takes approximately 10 days for Aspin 300mg Tablet DT to clear from the body after you have stopped taking it.
Aspin 300mg Tablet DT is generally not recommended during pregnancy, except in cases of pre-eclampsia or other clotting disorders under medical supervision.
Take Aspin 300mg Tablet DT as prescribed by your doctor. Research suggests that taking it at bedtime, before sleeping, can be more effective in reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Your doctor may advise you to stop taking Aspin 300mg Tablet DT before a surgery or dental procedure because it can increase the risk of bleeding. Do not discontinue it without consulting your doctor.
