Arvast F 10 Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Arvast F 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Arvast F 10 Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL).

Notify your doctor if you experience any side effects. Avoid alcohol consumption (includes wine, beer, and liquor).
Arvast F 10 Tablet contains Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. Very rarely (approximately 1 in 10,000 patients), liver damage can occur as a side effect. If you have pre-existing liver disease, it is recommended to avoid using this medicine. If you experience any early signs or symptoms of liver damage, such as fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzymes, contact your healthcare professional immediately.
Yes, Arvast F 10 Tablet may cause muscle pain. This side effect can be attributed to muscle injury in some patients. It is not experienced by everyone. If you experience symptoms such as muscle pain or weakness, consult your doctor immediately.
