Introduction

Arpa Plus Tablet should be taken with food. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Arpa Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve pain. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Ibuprofen.
