Oral Drops
Arony LS Oral Drops is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Arony LS Oral Drops may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Arony LS Oral Drops relieves cough accompanied with mucus that is associated with broncho-pulmonary disorders such as bronchitis, bronchial asthma, and emphysema. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. If you are diabetic, monitor your blood glucose regularly while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a history of thyroid or heart disease. Stop taking Arony LS Oral Drops and inform your doctor if your cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache.
Arony LS Oral Drops is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used for the treatment of cough with phlegm (mucus). Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic, thinning and loosening the mucus (phlegm) to facilitate coughing. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and widens airways. Guaifenesin acts as an expectorant, decreasing mucus stickiness and facilitating its removal from the airways.
Arony LS Oral Drops is generally considered safe for most patients. However, some side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, allergic reactions, dizziness, headache, rash, urticaria, tremors, palpitations, muscle cramps and increased heart rate can occur. In case of persistent problems, inform your doctor immediately.
Use of Arony LS Oral Drops is not recommended for patients with a history of allergy to any of the active or inactive ingredients. Levosalbutamol and beta-blockers like propranolol should not usually be taken together.
Yes, some patients may experience dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) while taking Arony LS Oral Drops. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, rest and resume once feeling better. Avoid driving or operating machinery.
Yes, Arony LS Oral Drops can cause diarrhea in some patients. In case of diarrhea, drink plenty of water or other fluids. If the diarrhea persists and you notice dehydration signs like dark-colored urine with a strong odor, seek immediate medical advice. Do not take any other medication without consulting your doctor.
Store Arony LS Oral Drops in its original container or pack, tightly closed. Follow the instructions on the packaging label for storage and disposal. Do not consume the medicine by pets, children or others.
