Arnie C Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Arnie C Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Arnie C Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Choline and Cyproheptadine. Choline is a bile acid binding agent. It removes bile acids from the body. The liver then produces more bile acids using cholesterol as a result the levels of cholesterol in the body is lowered. Cyproheptadine works by reducing the effect of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the hypothalamus a part of the brain which regulates appetite.
Keep sipping water and try sucking sugar-free sweets or chewing sugar-free gum to get relief from dryness in the mouth. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
