The strips are individually packed to minimize exposure to humidity and air, ensuring accurate results and reducing the risk of contamination.

Wash hands with soap and water and pat dry.Use an alcohol swab to clean the finger.Take a test strip and insert it into the slot on the glucometer.Prick the side of the fingertip with a new and clean lancet.Wait for the blood to ooze out and wipe off the first drop.Put a drop or two onto the designated place on the test strip.Hold a clean cotton pad or gauze on the area of the prick to stop the blood flow.The blood glucose level will appear on the glucometer's display
