Arispas Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Fenpiverinium, and Pitofenone. It should be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. Take it regularly as advised by your doctor and do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended. Some common side effects include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, and diarrhea.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Arispas Tablet is to be taken with food.

Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone are anticholinergics which work by inhibiting the nerve impulses which are responsible for causing pain and muscular contractions in the digestive tract, urinary tract, and other organs.
